Worst service and worst agency to have come across. They don't allow you to move in until you have paid your deposit, however, once you leave it becomes problematic for you to get it back. They are quick to give you a timeframe of over a month. At that time, they are getting new tenants and asking for deposits from them. I waited the 6 weeks they indicated it would take to get my money back. Now, I am being sent from pillar to post and not getting a straight answer as to when I will get my money back. As for Hanli with horrible customer service.
