Worst service and worst agency to have come across. They don't allow you to move in until you have paid your deposit, however, once you leave it becomes problematic for you to get it back. They are quick to give you a timeframe of over a month. At that time, they are getting new tenants and asking for deposits from them. I waited the 6 weeks they indicated it would take to get my money back. Now, I am being sent from pillar to post and not getting a straight answer as to when I will get my money back. As for Hanli with horrible customer service.

Refused to refund my deposit. They always find ways not to refund you. Told me stories after stories and I gave up. It was better to save their souls from endless lies. Was so bitter about the situation and how this Real Estate company strives on *****ing from tenants.

Basically the same as everyone else here. During my time renting through them I asked for a pipe to be fixed. This, of course did NOT happen and I couldn't use my bathroom sink for 9 out of the 12 months. (The property is fine though :) - suppose the owner has no idea) Now the DEPOSIT. It's been nearly three months and they've actually just stopped responding to emails.

Hi, i was renting a flat at Atlas No12A this Year 2022, i have requesting my cash deposit back. i have been given stories to a point it's not a joke anymore. i was told the owner is out of the country. which is not my problem. i went back to south Africa again in July and was told another story. i have sent so many mails with no feedback. all i want is my deposit back. Till this day i have not received my money or any feedback from them. they just have bad service with everything from management of the buildings to their office staff. they are used to giving students' bad service. now they think that they can give to the working-class people. I would appreciate any help and thank you

I have been approved for rental I paid my deposit on time, on Tuesday I was told the cleaning team would come clean the place and fix everything that needed fixing. I gave them a week to do that when I was ready to move in nothing was done I had to do the cleaning myself, I moved in and waited for them to come paint and fix the cupboards, they came on day one that was Wednesday and told me the paint was not enough for my place, Thursday they came and paint, when I asked about the old mat that was used by the previous owner for 13 years and it's so filthy dirty they guy told me to use my vacuum machine to clean the mat. On Friday I expected them to come fix the broken old cupboard they didn't show up. I called the office several times that I don't have the water keypad, France who works with those promised to bring me one till date nothing and as I write here I'm out of Water. What kind of treatment is this, are they leaving like this in their homes or asking as they are comfortable and the money in their account all is well with them.

The worst commercial rental agency in the whole of Bloemfontein. They do not care or take care of their tenants. Their contract protects the agency and allows for it to abuse tenants and lock them in the contract. When you need your deposit, SARIE who works with deposits always refuses or makes excuses. SHE IS RUDE and insensitive .

I wouldn't recommend this agency to my worst enemy. The service is the poorest I've encountered in 10 years of being a tenants and using these agencies for accommodation. They hardly ever respond to emails, when confronted, they lie and it's damn near impossible to get your deposit refunded. This agency must be reported!
