Unsatisfied and angry
I have been approved for rental I paid my deposit on time, on Tuesday I was told the cleaning team would come clean the place and fix everything that needed fixing. I gave them a week to do that when I was ready to move in nothing was done I had to do the cleaning myself, I moved in and waited for them to come paint and fix the cupboards, they came on day one that was Wednesday and told me the paint was not enough for my place, Thursday they came and paint, when I asked about the old mat that was used by the previous owner for 13 years and it's so filthy dirty they guy told me to use my vacuum machine to clean the mat. On Friday I expected them to come fix the broken old cupboard they didn't show up. I called the office several times that I don't have the water keypad, France who works with those promised to bring me one till date nothing and as I write here I'm out of Water. What kind of treatment is this, are they leaving like this in their homes or asking as they are comfortable and the money in their account all is well with them.

un appreciated service/fraud
I HAVE HAD A PERSONAL LOAN WITH FNB, HAVE NOT PAID IN A LONG PERIOD BECAUSE I HAD NO MEANS. I HAVE BEEN RECEIVING ONLY SMSes FROM THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT NOTIFIYING ME OF A DEFAULT JUDGEMENT ON ME, NO PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS SENT ON ME TO CHECK WHAT IS MY EMPLOYMENT SITUATION. I STARTED WORK ON THE FIRST OF SEPTEMBER I HAVE MANAGED TO MAKE PAYMENTS ARRANGEMENTS WITH ALL MY CREDITORS, I THERE THEN SEND AND EMAIL TO FNB TO MAKE THE SAME ARRANGEMENTS. BT I WAS NOT ASSISTED. IT CAME TO MY SHOCK TODAY THAT FNB/ THE LAYWERS HANDLING MY ACC HAS DEBITED 3707.53 WITHOUT MY CONCERNT NO ONE CALLED TO ARRANGE. THEY TRACKED MY BANK ACC YHEY SAW MONEY IN THE ACC THEY DID NOT EVEN ASK WHOS MONEY IS IT OR HOW MUCH CAN THEY DEDUCT, IM NOT AT ALL HAPPY THIS IS VERY SERIOUS. IM NOT ONLY OWING FNB, I FEEL THEY SHOULD HAVE MADE ARRANGEMENTS WITH ME SO I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE SO WE ARRANGE THE MONTHLY PAYMENT. I went to the branch I made calls FNB says the lawyers deducted and the lawyers says FNB deducted, so who can I beleive
