Poor service (again).

This is not the first time I am getting poor service from them, but definitely the last as there are enough good service providers out there. On 19 July I contacted Elwierda Glass to replace a glass window on a sliding door. I asked them to come have a look at the specific glass as all the sliding glass doors in that room have a slight tint to it. They sent someone to come measure. He could see the tint, but said he has no knowledge of that - the office will have to advise. I phoned them on 20 July again. They had a quotation for me, but said nothing of the tint. I reminded them that it cannot be a normal glass. They then said they can come have a look, but there will be a call-out fee as they were already at my house. Unbelievable. I reminded them that I had specifically asked them to come have a look at the tint from the start, so I cannot pay a call-out fee if they sent the wrong person. They said they will come back to me. I spoke to them on 21 July again, and they said they will contact me soon. I have really given them the benefit of the doubt, but it is 28 July today, and they still have not contacted me, although my house is only 4 minutes from their store.
