Poor customer service bad product

Pathetic products poor customer service. I Purchased a pack of meat that said Lamb,had visitors over cooked breyani meat was cooking for 2 hours still hard as a rock could not even eat it visitors were struggling to chew lI was embarrassed and it's not the first time bought meat that was rotten previously. Took the meat back with the food it was cooked for and showed a Guy who says he's the owner Jason Aka Ikraam the lack of customer service and the attitude says to me why I never bring the whole pot of food. The meat was R185 and I purchased for 600 from there he says to me put me on social media if u like. I grew up with my parents and grandparent purchasing from emam bux in asher ville the quality and standard of service is impecabble, Phoenix emam bux should be shut down terrible management/owners and products are either falsely advertised or rotten #Disgraceful food posining is real and detrimental this store needs health inspectora before someone gets sick from food poisoning
