“I am very dissatisfied with your service, all the documents required have been submitted and I was told my payout will be received in 48hrs. I’m now sent a text that says my claim is under investigation, my question to the consultant is what is being investigated? She responds by saying, claims department never discloses. My next question is, whilst you guys are busy investigating the funeral proceedings need to go on. By the time the investigation is complete, the funeral would have long passed thus defeating the purpose of the funeral cover. Urgently attend to this matter as management of this organisation
