0/10, would not recommend

Received my order today and it was correct, however I had send a horrible message to the sales rep or whoever does the orders just to get my reference number. Communication regarding whether the order was received/placed was vague. Even though I received my order and it was correct, I will not be placing an order with this online store again. I will rather pay a little extra and receive better communication regarding the progress of my order.
