Ridiculous and unacceptable service.

Placed an order late December 25 with this company and despite having numerous calls and sending emails & whatsapps to Francois who has still not sent it despite promising to do so and offering every excuse under the sun.

What a poor company to deal with so be careful when ordering from them as you are not likely to receive your order as they seem to be extremely dishonest
