I'm sad that I'm forced to do business with Emond Auto. After my last extremely poor experience, I can't seem to get anyone to explain why they didn't tighten the bolts to my control arms and struts when I bought it in for replacement. It sounded like my wheels were going to fall off and I had to take my vehicle in again another day. 30 seconds in to the ride Lennon identified the issue. This was the last of a list of painful experiences with Emond Auto. Now my problem here is that I was assured that Tracy or Dave Emond would get back to me. Nothing. When I called in again a few days later, the receptionist told me she doesn't understand why they won't return my calls and that she's passed the message on. Since you won't reply, perhaps a request here on hello peter is how I get your attention My next vehicle will be something other than a Subaru, purely due to the level of service I'm getting from Emond Auto which is the only authorised Subaru workshop in Durban.
