Empisal sewing machine not good

I am giving 1 star because there is no option for a zero star. I bought an Empisal 120A at Game in October. I have used it twice and the tension is absolutely terrible. Nothing they recommend helps, and at my expense I will have to take the machine in to get it sorted, hopefully. I am a pensioner, so this involves cost that I can barely afford. I will never buy Empisal again, and I will strongly recommend to others that you don't touch the brand. A heap of rubbish if you have to ask me. I had a Singer for years and never had a tension problem ever.
