Telkom poor service
The signal is so erratic. I went from LTE full bars to edge to 3g last 4 days. Trying to get hold of an agent that actually helps is impossible. I called the agents and they are having problems with their connection too! Really!?!? There are many people in my complex having the same problem. We will probably dump Telkom and move to another service provider. It used to be a good service, but recently it's dropped, like everything else in this country.

Empoisal sewing machine no good
Unfortunately there is no option for a 0 star rating. Despite sending my Empisal in to be sorted out it came back minus the presser foot and still not working. My advice ... Don't touch this brand.

Kayo Bazaar Wool Centre Consistent Excellence
I want to highly praise and recommend New Kayo Bazaar Wool Centre in Krugersdorp for their consistently excellent service during all my time dealing with them online. Their friendly, patient, knowledgable, and helpful attitude time and again is quite outstanding. They truly go the extra mile in providing an excellent service always. Within days of placing the order it's at my door perfectly in order, even though I live in another province. They extended their Black Friday deal for the whole month of November, namely free postage on orders over R500, which I found amazing. It was most generous. I had to order twice, and despite the business of the time of year...my orders arrived in perfect order quickly. What a blessing it is to find people who are as dedicated to excellence, and providing a superb customer experience, as the team at Kayo! Well done, Zeenat, Fatima and all the lovely friends there. I haven't met you, except online, but if ever I pass your way, I most certainly would like to!

Waterberry Coffee Shop delightful!
Tucked away in the Ballito suburbs close to town and beach lies a little gem called the Waterberry Coffee Shop. It's set in a charming mini natural forest walk, which is safe for a short amble after you have enjoyed a meal from their amazing menu. I have been there too many times to count, and have never been disappointed by the quality of their service or food. From scrumptious breakfasts to mouthwatering homemade cakes you just can't beat them. The waitrons are super friendly, effecient, and clearly want you to have a great experience. The decor is delightful, somehow restful, and being surrounded by this amazing little forest you feel as if you've entered another world. Kids can enjoy the play area. Waterberry offers indoor and outdoor seating, but I highly recommend you try and sit outdoors as you really feel the benefit of being even for a little while, surrounded by nature. It's ideal for breakfast, or light meals, being a coffee shop, and they do celebration meals for special occasions. I was suprised on my birthday by a complimentary chocolate brownie with icecream, candle and birthday wishes. Elegantly done, and thoughtful. If you haven't been to Waterberry for a tea yet...get there

Peron Peron Argentinian Grill Ballito Lifestyle Centre
I have had the privilege of eating here several times and it has been a deliciously unforgettable experience. The staff are professional, friendly and super-efficient. The food is of the highest quality and really, really well presented. It's situated in Ballito Lifestyle Centre, and you have a choice of indoor or outdoor seating. I love being able to choose to eat while I watch the passers-by, or inside for a cosy vibe. The menu is amazing. Steaks are excellent. Starters are excellent...actually...it's just plain excellent all round. Get there!

Telkom pathetic service
After two days of speaking to agents to ask them to please report a fault, as my Signal suddenly dropped from 4g 3 or 4 bars to 0 or at best H1 bar, i was told that they would semd me an sms with a fault report number. Ha! Ha! The sms i received both times only gives you an option to send and sms to them so they can tell you your balance etc. Really, this is beyond ridiculous. Trying to get hold of someone who can really help requires going in to the nearest Telkom, wasting time, petrol, and money...so much for trying to conserve fuel. If I could give no star at thus point I would. The agents on the line are generally helpful, but one does get the idea more training needs to be given, and also somewhere tgat you can actually log a complaint without data, as at this point...there's no signal! Bad on you, Telkom.

Mugg and bean yucky milkshakes
Worst milkshake ever! Very disappointing. One expects milk in the milkshake, not a lot of crushed ice and water. Really...very poor and shabby. Never again. I'll rather do Wimpy.

Telkom pathetic
If there was a zero stars option I would take it today...trying to get a data balance today was like looking for snow in the Sahara. Just no option. I usually press 4 and they give an updated balance. I've just recharged, and its impossible to get to where I can just check my balance. Really Telkom, you are the worst. Pathetic service. And it should actually be so easy...why is it so difficult for Telkom I wonder?

Kayo Bazaars is a winner
I've been ordering from Kayo for a while now and I am so impressed with their service. They really go out of their way to help me every time I've ordered, and the staff are super effecient, friendly and helpful. The website is so user friendly, and ordering online is a breeze. I highly recommend them. Lovely selection of yarns and yarn related items at very good prices.
