Empisal sewing machine not good

I am giving one star as there is no zero star options. After using my brand new machine twice the tension went completely out. I cannot operate the machine. After emailing House of Living Brands there attitude is they will fetch it and it will take weeks to fix, and there is the possibility of me being charged. This is crazy. I want my money back. Please, do yourself a favour and don't buy Empisal. Not worth it.
