Empisal 120A Dressmaker

I purchased the Empisal 120A Dressmaker about two years ago, and it has been nothing but a frustrating experience from the very start. The machine constantly gives problems — the thread bunches up as soon as I begin sewing, embroidery stitches never look anything like the patterns indicated, and the thread keeps slipping off the upper guide.

No matter how many adjustments I try, I cannot get it to sew properly. For a product I trusted to deliver reliable results, this has been incredibly disappointing and disheartening.

I even contacted Empisal customer care for help, but the only response I received was a vague “Where are you located?” with no actual guidance or support. For a brand that’s supposed to stand for quality, I expected far better.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this machine based on my experience.
