Empowerfin I need my refund

I've joined empowerfin and cancelled my policy with them and received my cancellation letter 1 of their consultant ask me to submit all my salary advice/pays SLP and a cancellation to be refunded I did so today they told me there is no refund fore but my colleagues got refunded I don't how we differ coz we took the same product ...their services is very bad their land doesn't go through their WhatsApp no takes time to be responded I advice people not o join yhem
