Horrible service

I am on sizwe essential copper medical aid no 10000368093 and recently registered the Bambino program Auth no NEO20220516391A. When I went to the gynecologist for my check up they rejected the Auth no I got and said they don't take enablemed clients because they dont pay the doctors and all the Dr's at Mercantile in PE are not taking clients on enablemed.

I had to pay our R800 cash for consultation fee which I did not plan for that and we're paying alot of money for the medical aid to receive such lousy service.

I have been emailing and calling enablemed about this and did not even get a single response from them, their service is so poor.

It's so frustrating knowing you paying so much money for a medical aid and to get a zero service.
