I app**** for Boncap Medical Aid In June and I supp**** all documents needed, I was assisted by a lady called Dineo Malatja. They activated the medical aid but somehow put me on a high earning income. I've notified her about the error they made and told her I won't be able to pay R 4400 and odd a month they must change it. August came and they deducted R8k something which was insufficient in my bank. Today I receive a message that my Boncap medical aid is suspended as at today. My son is sick and I can not take him to the Dr. Their carelessness and negligence has costed me because I'm without a medical aid now and should something happen to my son I will take this further with all the proof I have. I gave birth on the 10th of November and I had the authorisation number when I went to hospital but now Sizwe has not paid the Hospital, it's so frustrating because they hospital is sending hospital bills which sizwe is suppose to pay, I have been back and forth with them and they always say it's in payment process since December and when I check my Statement it says it's been rejected because there was no pre authorisation . I am on sizwe essential copper medical aid no 10000368093 and recently registered the Bambino program Auth no NEO20220516391A. When I went to the gynecologist for my check up they rejected the Auth no I got and said they don't take enablemed clients because they dont pay the doctors and all the Dr's at Mercantile in PE are not taking clients on enablemed. I had to pay our R800 cash for consultation fee which I did not plan for that and we're paying alot of money for the medical aid to receive such lousy service. I have been emailing and calling enablemed about this and did not even get a single response from them, their service is so poor. It's so frustrating knowing you paying so much money for a medical aid and to get a zero service.
I've had a terrible experience with sizwe hosmed thus far, they don't reply to messages and their call center is terrible you're being sent from pillar to post. I registered for a Bambino programme, I waited and waited and did not get any response from them, I had to call after a week to ask if they have received my form and they said yes, No one even bothered to send me the authorisation no, I had to ask for it. Second time around I phoned to ask for their DPS because I'm using essential Cooper and last time at Mercantile Hospital in Port Elizabeth they told me all essential Cooper clients no longer can sleep there and can sleep at Greenacres hospital. I phoned them to ask and no one was able to tell me, they told me to phone enablemed and I was sent back by enablemed because they could not help me with that as they only deal with day to day claims. I'm so frustrated because I'm currently using a Dr in Mercantile and it's pointless to use him if I'm not allowed to deliver my baby there.
I did an online purchase for a bedding at home choice on the 27 of November and requested to be delivered at my place, today their courier company phoned me at 06:20 am telling me to come fetch my bedding 3km away from where I'm staying because they don't do home deliveries. I am so angry because the guy is saying they are taking the parcel back now, I am going to work now how am I suppose to get there and I would have not purchased from them if I knew they don't do deliveries. I want my money back because their service is bad
I have a debit card with nedbank and and it was expiring 05/21 which is end of May 2021.I went to a Govan Mbeki Branch in Port Elizabeth days before my card expires and was assisted by a coloured lady. Instead of replacing my card they charged me R145 but it was a replacement card. I have been phoning the customer number and no one Is assisting me they are referring me to a branch. I am sick I can't go anywhere.I am disappointed once again with Nedbank
<p>Yesterday 01/08/2017 06:00 am, i brought airtime via cellphone banking but to my suprise i never received my MTN pin but money was deducted from my account. I called the ********** 111 line and they said they escalated the query till now there is still no response. I even called today to check the progress but there is still no lead. I mean this is roberry daylight robbery how can money just disappears like that without getting airtime.THIS IS MY MONEY I WANT IT.</p>
