Your barge pole isn't long enough to stay away from this crowd!
I've written several reviews on this company. Can we even call it a company? BOTTOM LINE... STAY AWAY! The Li ion battery they returned after "repairs" wasn't mine, and doesn't work. It's been s****ped. 28K down the drain. STAY AWAY!

**** company and useless people
I bought 6x370 watt Canadian solar panels from the company Energy outlet in 2023. After managing to buy a battery and inverter system to complete my solar system I managed to install everything today 14/02/2024. I was just informed by the electrician that my solar panels are polycrystalline and not monocrystalline after I relentlessly ask the lady Patience to ensure that the panels are monocrystalline since I do not have in depth knowledge regards solar systems. R24000 in the water. Useless people at a **** company

Terrible after-sakes service
I was too quick to give this company a positive review. Thejr after-sales service is terrible. My battery started showing errors after 2 months. I called them, but they totally ignored me. They refused to get the battery replaced or fixed.

BEWARE!
BEWARE! I was sitting reading more and came across RISEN SOLAR. Also in Randburg. Also with loads of rookie reviewers, Recently started - so I am assuming this is Energy Outlet, RISEN from the ashes of their own demise. 1 of the positive reviewers made the mistake of singing both companies praises and this is just not true of EO. I can't in all good faith review RISEN SOLAR but if it's the same crowd I would like to advise people to spread the word and stay away!

27 September Good day Bev , kindly note I just got an update from the repair centre that your battery is ready for collection. We will be collecting it around 14h00pm I will give you an update then (NO UPDATE) 28 September Good day, it is not yet in transit courier will collect this afternoon you will receive your waybill before end of business hours (NO WAYBILL. NO RECORD OF THE BATTERY IN TRANSIT BY THE COURIER COMPANY) Since then no one answers the phone - ever! Not from other than my numbers - not from ANY number and my battery has obviously evaporated into thin air. I am at my wits end! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Do your homework. The positive reviews are all novice reviewers with no history. Obviously their own attempt at PR work :(

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!!!
What an ABSOLUTE **** SHOW!! After our inverter stopped working, we took it in for repairs. Nearly 2 months and A LOT OF LIES later - we still don't have our inverter back! Patience has a book of excuses lined up.... One lie after the other, and then just not answering her phone or messages - unless you phone from a different phone number, then she actually answers the phone amd continue with her lies. We gave Enegry outlet alot of business - made more than 8 referrals and now we see Patience true colours! We've been ****med before, and now AGAIN! IS THERE NO MORE HONEST PEOPLE IN THE WORLD??? DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!! IT IS THE WORST!!
