Gross. I have just had the worst sushi ever. I ordered the roll collection, 12 pieces and the crunch collection. Also 12 pieces. I can understand crunch being slightly cooked inside but completely cooked through? If I wanted fried fish, I would have ordered that. Also the rolls..4 of them had tuna in. The rest were cooked something. This isn't sushi! Excellent delivery, right on time but what does that help when the food is substandard.
No account since May 2024. I have been trying to inform Eskom of the account holders death since 2008!!! Now I just pay it even though she would be almost 100 by now. I can't register on the app as the ID number is invalid. No ****e. She's dead. My own ID won't work, so I am *****ed either way. I guess Eskom doesn't answer these complaints anyway.
Easy enough to open a campaign. Payouts have been seamless BUT! What I can't get is a statement of account out of them. The fees appear to be in the order of 15+ % but I can't confirm this as they don't have an efficient admin team. I am really disappointed.
I have had nothing but trouble dealing with this company! In March they were issued a directive by SARS which they have just ignored. I can't complete my tax return because they haven't done their job! How hard is it to service your clients with professionalism? Just do what you have to! Pathetic - really!
Dear HEAVENS! Can you at LottoStar NOT employ absolute and total mouthbreathers? FICA time again and man, what a nightmare! My HomeLoans account is THE ONLY ACCOUNT I am prepared to use. Your rules: Proof of Address Upload a document no older than three months, clearly stating your name and address. It can be a utility bill or an account statement with a company letterhead. Ummm guys - this IS an account statement! It even has a letterhead! wooohoo BUT it's not acceptable? In which universe? Even SAPS accepts it!! For a company such as yourselves, making a fortune, surely you can employ someone with more than a double digit IQ? Eish - the "support"..she is crumbling! Useless!
I've written several reviews on this company. Can we even call it a company? BOTTOM LINE... STAY AWAY! The Li ion battery they returned after "repairs" wasn't mine, and doesn't work. It's been s****ped. 28K down the drain. STAY AWAY!
To give credit where credit is due. I had reason to adjust my cover to accommodate a solar installation. The lady I spoke to was clear, concise, intelligent and extremely knowledgeable! Did I say helpful? Huge thanks to Monray Fortuin for excellent service and a really pleasurable experience.
Just received my annual policy premium adjustment! 25%? Are you kidding me? Inflation running at 6%, Salary - none, as retired. Client since 2008 on my own name but previously since 1983. Is this how you treat your clients? No, Santam, really. This is daylight *******. I can not solely be held responsible for the recent Acts of God. He passed me by, thankfully but I can't carry the can for everyone else's loss to the tune of an extra R500pm! I've emailed your complaints department and hope that answers received don't lead to me having to shop around for another provider.
Yuk! Just Yuk. I bought their butter yesterday with use before date of 14.07.24. Fridge to fridge time no longer than 20 mins. There's a clunk and taste that I don't get with other butters...I ONLY buy salted butter. This is unusable and I certainly can't recommend! Poor quality!
