27 September Good day Bev , kindly note I just got an update from the repair centre that your battery is ready for collection. We will be collecting it around 14h00pm I will give you an update then (NO UPDATE)

28 September Good day, it is not yet in transit courier will collect this afternoon you will receive your waybill before end of business hours (NO WAYBILL. NO RECORD OF THE BATTERY IN TRANSIT BY THE COURIER COMPANY)

Since then no one answers the phone - ever! Not from other than my numbers - not from ANY number and my battery has obviously evaporated into thin air. I am at my wits end!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Do your homework. The positive reviews are all novice reviewers with no history. Obviously their own attempt at PR work :(
