Waitng 7-weeks for laptop repair_WO#0006009001

Good day, I am now waiting 7 weeks for my laptop under warranty (bought through Evetech) to be repaired. This is unacceptable...especially approaching Christmas.

Please could anyone assist in expediting this matter and getting my fixed laptop to me urgently please!!
