On September 20th, 2024, I emailed businesscustomercare@mtn.com to inform them of the payment made via the MTYN App that day and ask them to please send me an updated statement. On the 1st of October 2024, MTN debited my business account for the same amount, so I paid double for the same thing!!! I do not want credit, but please immediately refund my money. I have been on hold with your account department for 17 minutes now, and no one is answering the phone. To date, Please correct your statement and refund me for the amount debited this month.
Since buying a new home on Dec 23 and having storm damage to the roof, I have shockingly been waiting over a month (4th Sep 24) for my claim; I have been given the runaround, promises, and no result!!! Shocking service...and the company name is BetterSure...for who?
Terrible service!!! We emailed Virgin Active with more than a month's notice of cancelling our Gym contracts, yet we were billed for September and October 2024. When I called to speak to a consultant, he said the email was stuck in his spam folder, and there was no way to release it. ALL phone calls are recorded, but Richard Branson would be ashamed of how we are treated!! We are still awaiting our refund! I want a refund immediately!
On the 17th of May 2024, I went to the Plumstead Municipal Office to apply for my old Electricity Meter/Board to be converted into a Prepaid Meter (Ref# 9117312972). I waited patiently for about 2 hours and completed all the required paperwork; the person who assisted me was accommodating. Four months later, NO PREPAID METER has been installed!!!! Shocking! I've called several times (accumulated almost R120 in call-waiting fees), and each time I speak to a person, they're as shocked as I am, but the end result is the same. When they say, "This City work for you"; who are they referring to!!!!
After taking my Samsung TV to Game Tygervally on the 30th of July 2024 to be repaired (within six months of owning the TV!!!), I was okay with the 20-day fix that was communicated. I followed up today (20th Aug 24), only to find out that the TV was sent away for repairs on the 16th August 24!!!!! SHOCKING SERVICE!!!! No one knows what is happening, management is inept, and no one takes responsibility! There is still no answer on when/how the TV repair will happen.
