Deliberately misleading

Envato refusing client refund after wrong item was purchased.Let me add something of note - I was redirected from your WordPress plugin by clicking on the 'Go Pro' button to upgrade my plugin and I was presented with 3 options, if 1 of these options were not compatible with WordPress - why was it presented to me? Very misleading and might I add deliberately misleading on your part. By law I am within my rights to receive a refund.
