HPCA is of the opinion that doctors do not have to disclose blood test results to their patients. I just received my document from them stating this. I am horrified by your principles.
Forex Captiec department is utterly useless. We are unable to get solid proof that an incoming payment was successfully returned. #114495377. How can you ignore your client?! He wants more proof that these funds were returned. The funds were in Capitecs holding account and he asked you to return it. But where is the actual proof? Capitec this is very upsetting and seems very suspicious. Get back to him asap.
I am unable to open a bank account because a discovery broker 'half' opened an account without my consent in 2022 when I was looking at business loan offers from a few banks. Now this broker must cancel the profile they created for me before I can open a bank account? How can a broker have more rights than me over my own credentials!?

Paid R 14 000 for an inverter system for lights. System is faulty, has been proven to be faulty and yet we have been without our system for weeks while Voltex has the funds and we can't turn on LIGHTS!!!!! Case logged with Ombud. Our business wants a replacement or a refund asap!
Online card limit system does not work. Calling does not work no one answers, I hold for a very long time then my call is dropped. Our business manager has been terrible so we won't receive help there either. Why on earth must we continue to pay you as business clients? We do not receive customer service at all. FNB minus 5 stars.
Mtn Menlyn, Nico purposely gave me the wrong phone. Refuses to correct the issue. Refuses to take my calls. Gave me a 4GB phone instead of a 6GB phone. Mtn Menlyn is terrible. Head office insists they provide me with the correct phone. Mtn Menlyn refuses to resolve the matter. This matter is now with ICASA.
