EOH CSO group of Scammers an Fraudsters

So my father worked at STA coal mine in Ermelo for years paying an empliyee benefit scheme arranged by EOH CSO group, last year the Dr advised against him working at the mine because of hearing defects. At that point EOH would help submit the disability claim to sanlam on his behalf since they're the brokers. To this day sanlam hasn't received any claim on behalf of my father even after filling the same form 5 times already last year and recently this year in February 2021. i've personally phoned eoh myself more than 50 times already and they always take my numbers down promising to call back with the update but that is just a song on repeat. It is nderstood they fraudulantly claim on people's behalves and share the payment, how they do it they can explain themselves.

my advise to anyone intending to do business with these crooks is stay away from EOH name
