False pretence
Your employees call us using company resources pretending and harassing my mother saying they sheriffs of the court and all that. The stuff that you employ are full of ****ming, they run mashonisa business in the company then use ya'lls phone to threat people. Khosi and Mamello Tshoane from the midrand EOH, please discipline your stuff and advise them to stop what they doing

EOH CSO group of Scammers an Fraudsters
So my father worked at STA coal mine in Ermelo for years paying an empliyee benefit scheme arranged by EOH CSO group, last year the Dr advised against him working at the mine because of hearing defects. At that point EOH would help submit the disability claim to sanlam on his behalf since they're the brokers. To this day sanlam hasn't received any claim on behalf of my father even after filling the same form 5 times already last year and recently this year in February 2021. i've personally phoned eoh myself more than 50 times already and they always take my numbers down promising to call back with the update but that is just a song on repeat. It is nderstood they fraudulantly claim on people's behalves and share the payment, how they do it they can explain themselves. my advise to anyone intending to do business with these crooks is stay away from EOH name

Refund not honored
We purchased 8 Passport Scanners on 13/02/2019, but had to return them as the spec wasn't correct and was issued a credit note for R159 114.00. We received a letter of undertaking from Stan Khan, Managing Director, on 27/02/2020confirming that the money is owed to our company and that it will be finalised by the end of May 2020. After numerous followups we finally received feedback from Annette Hiever, Sales and Marketing Manager on 28/09/2020 that we are to liaise directly with EOH regarding the refund as they were in the process of closing. To date (08/03/2021) we have not received the money back, no further feedback or any form of assistance from 2identify or EOH. Please advise who we can liaise with on this matter and send all the information to so this can be resolved.

Salary/ Work
I haven't received my salary for October as yet. I was supposed to be working from home, the company failed to deliver me a pc but sent pc to my new colleagues yet im the longest in the department and do more work than anyone in that department. My supervisor Thabo Ledwaba called me and when i asked the manager about working from home he replied " i dont want to worry you" so why the hell didn't i get paid. I am on Chronic Medication for 3 chronic diseases my spouse also has a chronic diseases and i have a 6yr old child.
