So my father worked at STA coal mine in Ermelo for years paying an empliyee benefit scheme arranged by EOH CSO group, last year the Dr advised against him working at the mine because of hearing defects. At that point EOH would help submit the disability claim to sanlam on his behalf since they're the brokers. To this day sanlam hasn't received any claim on behalf of my father even after filling the same form 5 times already last year and recently this year in February 2021. i've personally phoned eoh myself more than 50 times already and they always take my numbers down promising to call back with the update but that is just a song on repeat. It is nderstood they fraudulantly claim on people's behalves and share the payment, how they do it they can explain themselves. my advise to anyone intending to do business with these crooks is stay away from EOH name
<p>I purchased some items at rosewholesale and they were shipped out on the 4th August 2016. According to their website, the approximate time to receive your parcels is 10 - 25 days after after your order has been shipped out. i am now on day 30 without my parcels. i tried to contact them several times but i can't get assistance or explanation and today they told me to wait until 2016.10.04 before i could trace my order, something new to me. I am told the courier transporting for them is PostNL and i have asked them several times to contact that courier but they seem not interested, kindly assist.... <p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I have a cellphone contract with telkom which is a smart plan 50(500 Mb + 50mins) and i am paying R230.00 monthly. i asked telkom for an additional 500 Mb on a monthly basis and they told me me they'll add R69.00 on my premium and we agreed(R230.00 + R69.00 = R299 on my calculator i dont know on telkom's calculator). I was shocked when they debit a R499.00 on my account last month and i immediately called them for an explanation and they told me they charged me for things they were not suppose to and i was given a case number 18890016 and a promise that i will be refunded my ****** money and will receive a call from telkom to keep me updated. To date i haven't heard anything from them instead i received an sms that my case has been resolved but said nothing about the refund, i called them again and this time they reopened a case number again for me and the same false promises were given to me again. we are now at the end of May and i havent received my money back instead i got another invoice that they will debit another R499 from my account! Kindly assist before these vultures take out my 2nd eye and leave me blind with their dodgy business please</p>
