Good day
I paid online (in advance) for a COVID-19 travel test with your client Epicentre Aids Risk Management (Pty) Ltd. using Netcash. I am unable to utilize the test booked for 24 February 2021, due to not being able to travel to Cape Town.
I have requested a refund from them via email on 16 February 2021 (and on Facebook - 18 February 2021) but my emails/messages go unanswered. I have contacted sales also, with no reply.
Could you please advise how to lodge a refund with them?
