I have received the most appalling service ever from Eqstra, I cancelled my service plan with the company and requested for a refund, on the 17,Sept I received an email with a confirmation of cancellation and that the refund was credited to my acc, till this day I have not seen a cent of that money.
2 weeks later I am still struggling to get a proof of payment, firstly I was told the lady noted on the cancellation letter left the company a year ago, the second lady I have been in contact with doesn't exist yet she is able to send an email referring me to someone who also doesn't respond to my mails, the call centre number is a waste as it never gets answered, the complaints email is just as useless for people who pride themselves in providing good service, this is the most poorest service I have ever had to experience and i am grateful for the wisdom to cancel ties with the company before I found myself paying extra money.
All I want is proof of payment for the money to be allocated accordingly but I am receiving the run around.
