Mweb your service is just, how did we get here, my debit order went out last week Friday and till this day my lines aren't working, your call centre line wow 30min waiting on the line for an agent, your chat service is just utterly pointless, what's worse is the app showing an invoice of 0.00 outstanding yet my LTE and uncapped isn't working This is a first for me since i have become your customer.
I am very disappointed with GEMS. After having gone through all their hoops, they decline my hospitalization authorization I am sitting at the hospital after the specialist has advised they need to admit me to run further tests to determine what is wrong with my health and GEMS declines citing that their underwriters need to investigate if i am not suffering from a condition that wasn't disclosed to them How can i disclose something i am not aware of, the point of the admission is to get tests done, and get a full medical report the same report you are requesting the doctor provide without doing any tests. What can of service is being offered, is it now i must go and die at home, would that work better huh?
Stay away from Rain Worst provider ever, being charged for a sim card that goes weeks without connecting and having to deal with their sarcastic agents, the nerve to tell me i have no refunds due because the sim was with me, the audacity to tell me that you won't reconnect my services even when payment is received and i must take up a new service. Poor management, lack of accountability, no consideration for customers and utterly poor customer service. Really a joke of a company and should just close down, you have no regard nor business acumen at all. Refund my money.
I have a critical illness cover with Momentum and after years of paying my premiums, my illness claim was declined sighting that my illness which has caused me financial distress, isn't covered by them. Not only am i unjustly done by the institution, they have added to my struggles. My condition has requires monthly visits to the hospital and medication,due to that i had to take a demotion at work which means lesser salary meaning financial implications for me and my family. If momentum can choose to not stop me in my time of need, i utter to imagine what it would do to my family in my demise. I regret investing in Momentum and i wish no one else falls into their trap of putting their clients first, that's just a lie.
I have received the most appalling service ever from Eqstra, I cancelled my service plan with the company and requested for a refund, on the 17,Sept I received an email with a confirmation of cancellation and that the refund was credited to my acc, till this day I have not seen a cent of that money. 2 weeks later I am still struggling to get a proof of payment, firstly I was told the lady noted on the cancellation letter left the company a year ago, the second lady I have been in contact with doesn't exist yet she is able to send an email referring me to someone who also doesn't respond to my mails, the call centre number is a waste as it never gets answered, the complaints email is just as useless for people who pride themselves in providing good service, this is the most poorest service I have ever had to experience and i am grateful for the wisdom to cancel ties with the company before I found myself paying extra money. All I want is proof of payment for the money to be allocated accordingly but I am receiving the run around.
The audacity to hand a person over for services not rendered is appalling.. I have no business with you and have made myself very clear numerous times, yet this very day I am receiving texts that I am handed over to Nimble for collection. Clear my name and stop harassing me.

Please can someone explain to me how long does one have to wait for the company to undo their mess, how many tickets should i submit before getting my refund, how patient does one need to be to have to deal with such behavior from rain? You were too quick to take money that doesn't belong belong to you yet right now you couldn't be bothered and i have bills to pay, your incompetence is an inconvenience to me hence i am canceling my line. I have applied for my uif benefits in July 2021 via ufiling and all my documents have been received, Since the application i have not received any other feedback apart from the call centre agents telling me that my case is open and they will escalate it and i will receive an email, but nothing ever happens every week i keep hearing the same thing from the call centre, almost 3 months later i am nowhere near receiving my benefits.. Utterly disappointed as i am told even if i can go to the branches i will not get assistance.
