I went to the Mall of Africa store and immediately fell in love with the Superstar Grey Sunglasses and have been on the waiting list to get these shades.
Monthly later they then became available again, I went to the Store and they didn’t have stock but the online store had stock. I went and bought from the onlines store, however the ones I received I big amd fall off my face. I went back to the Store and fitted the ones they have and did a comparison with the ones I have received and yes mine are bigger/wider.
Unfortunately the store doesn’t have stock and they advise I need to contact online shop to hear what are my options/solution they can offer.
Now after spending R1200 plus R100 for delivery,I was told I need to spend an additional R200 to send back the pair I have for them to send me another one with the risk that I might have the same problem.
Countless times I told the Agent : Mbuyelo to rather advise on the return process as they are not even willing to meet me halfway on the cost because its not my fault I was sent a defect quality product.I even picked up the phone and spend my money to call this person for clarity but they couldn’t be bothered to even do the same.
The only thing Mbuyelo is interested on is back and forth email giving me bad attitude and arrogance for days.
I'm an Era fan have earings and chains but this marks the end of the relationship if that how this brand treats its customers.
The shades haven’t been worn and have been in my possession for less than 30 days
