Nonsense brand

******* service and ******* longevity of a brand I bought this watch out of love and in support of black business. I really like my watch however the quality has not been great The clipping lock part is not working I’ve reported a numerous times however the girl assisted me said nothing can be done of assistance. Can someone tell me what is the way forward cause this is reputable watch and brand i would like my watch to be worn by me cause I bought for those reasons. Mpumelelo Zuke Durban watch was bought in Pavilion. Thanks This is the reason why I hate local brands you are ****ming and conniving people absolute garbage…warranty or not this is your brand irrespective please don’t give the semantics of warranty nonsense ……
