100 stars out of 5, EXCELLENT product, EXCELLENT after-sales service

If I could give this business a hundred stars out of five, I would. 

It is incredibly refreshing to to deal with a business that not only provides a great product, but that cares for their customers long after a product has been sold to them.  I own three Ergotherapy chairs and experienced a minor issue with one chair, two years after purchasing the chair.

From date of my first interaction with this business, I was met with kind, helpful and professional individuals whose priority it was to sort out the issue I experienced. They dealt with my problem in the most professional manner, and efficiently at that, and without levying any additional charge.

This business will have a life-long customer in me, not only for the fantastic product, but for their excellent after-sales service. Thank you!!!
