Dear Eric Barnard Meubels I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the handling of an issue regarding my recent purchase of living room furniture from your store. I purchased a set of recliners and a chesterfield couch in elephant gray. However, shortly after delivery, it became apparent that there was a defect in the seats of the couch. Following your instructions, the manufacturer inspected the couches and subsequently took them away, promising to send replacements. Unfortunately, I have now learned that the manufacturer has liquidated their business, leaving me without the replacement couches I was promised. I am extremely disappointed with the way this matter has been handled. I find it unacceptable that I am now left with no couches after having spent a significant amount of money on my purchase. I believe that I am entitled to a satisfactory resolution to this issue. I request that you either provide me with replacement couches of equal quality and value as originally purchased or refund the full amount of my purchase.
