I am having a painful experience yet again with this company I purchased a Vito in 2021 and they told me it has so many years when I had contacted them they asked for the invoice and sent it to the suppliers then I get a invoice saying I needed to pay....when I spoke to the Suppliers he advised speak to the manager of Ericsson then Val said she's the branch manager and told her I am not going to pay for a new mattress and base when I purchased it was told that I had 10 years and if I had a issue nothing more or less now when I said I don't want a new mattress just service it or whatever for my son she's not responding to my mails I am bring ignored but to sell me a product without explaining is fair now my 10y old is suffering and the suppliers refuse to fix it and Ericssons is ignoring me when this is not my fault Val said I should of read the manual when I purchased why didn't they explain this I want answers!!!!!!!!!
