I bought 24 cold drinks when it was 8 for R100 the 7up zero sugar and Pepsi zero and last weekend Friday I had a party they had no gas and was all flat.
This is again a issue from my medical aid they are not paying my Dr's bills from Dec I called them end of Jan they advised it was all paid on the 26th but nothing has been paid Why is this medical aid gone to **** I went to the pharmacy on the list they telling me they can't claim from my kid his not active But I pay monthly if this is going to continue I will rather go to Discovery atleast they are not so useless and I had to complain on hello Peter for a response boncap is a piece of **** If any emergency happens and I don't get access to my medical aid I will sue Bonita so dizzy
This happened to me last year December now it's happening to my parents Hi-Fi Corp the Glen branch has been with my parents complain for there fridge since December it is now Feb and no repairs or anything the tech came with the wrong things and refusing to fix a issue he could on hand.... I have let the person dealing with it know it takes forever to get a response now.... The team leader Claudio has been dealing with it and has been very polite and helpful but I have no solution my parents are pensioners and there fridge is freezing everything every day they don't have money to keep replacing food which no replacement was even offered this is pathetic really last year I went through the same thing until they had to give me a different fridge and I had to take them to the OMBUSMAN this year they doing it to old people.... I mean really guys this is horrible the manager Justin keeps ignoring me I mean guys really it's sad behavior
And still the medical aid is not responding to me that the call the team leader stated from Feb the payment plan works they are just demanding I pay in 3 days and no response to my mails
Highly disappointed in this medical aid really I don't get any feedback nor any responses to my queries.... I made a payment plan with the debt team leader she was supposed to send the agreed amount on email they sent something completely different when I email for feedback I get ignored and threatened for my medical aid to be canceled this is really pathetic guys your service gets worst and horrible The team leader agreed on a certain amount and months now your people decided to change without asking me and then want to cancel If this is going to continue to be so painful I'd rather cancel and go to Discovery at least they communicate better
Spoke to a lady today she claims my medication got delivered last year Nov but I didn't not sign nor get the medication when I told her she said she will get back to me. And inform management then I got no call back. It's crazy how I am being charged for something I did not receive nor get a call to say it's being delivered that day or check if I received anything!!!!!

This is pathetic service again I am ignored no response the guy I spoke to said everything is sorted today and my membership should be fine Shile Yuni or something today it's not active guys this is horrible service if something happens and my medical aid doesn't work I will legally pursue this according to mails and communication
I am disappointed and disgusted in the way Bonitas boncap behavior is and the communication....i been with the medical aid for 3 years now and this year when I needed to prove my unemployment I was unable to provide a UIF Statement cause every labour department refused to issue me this or help me... I provided a affidavit and bank statementz showing my unemployment and still they refused to accept this and want to put me on the highest bracket... This is disgusting I had no choice but to cancel due to not being able to afford the highest bracket.... It's disappointing that this medical aid has no way to communicate or help you and I paid monthly for this service it wasn't free I am appolled and disgusted by this!!!!!
