Horrible management
I am shocked at the behavior and staff of this place.... The manager Khaya is rude and horrible the way he speaks to customers and his stuff.... The lady literally clicked her tongue at me for asking where's my donut and also she refused to assist me with something that wasn't in my packet... This branch has gone to **** really There's a new manager there and his so polite and knows how to assist customers his very polite not like these other people the owner honestly needs to check there staff

Tired of McDonald’s Brackenhurst wrong orders
I’m just sick and tired of McDonald’s Brackenhurst always giving the wrong order and rob me.. this is happening for the 3rd time.. if they don’t give you the wrong burger they rob you nuggets ai 🚮

MCD Brakenhurst Rude CS Agent
I spoke to a rude girl by the name of “Serena” I was asking me to help me with communicating with one of the uber drivers who did not deliver my food. She kept on shouting at me over the phone without listening to a work I had to say. She was totally unprofessional and I’ve never experienced a customer service agent that is so rude and unprofessional. Literally screaming at a customer over the phone, a customer is frantically asking for help. Absolutely appalling!!!
