I spoke to a rude girl by the name of “Serena” I was asking me to help me with communicating with one of the uber drivers who did not deliver my food. She kept on shouting at me over the phone without listening to a work I had to say. She was totally unprofessional and I’ve never experienced a customer service agent that is so rude and unprofessional. Literally screaming at a customer over the phone, a customer is frantically asking for help. Absolutely appalling!!!
I'm looking to book a treatment for my 2-year-old daughter and her cousins. I sent an email to enquire if the treatment, I wish the kids to do would be suitable for their ages. The first customer agent, who assisted me via email was Lebo Mabaso, who told me the treatment is for kids of a certain age group. She didn't direct me to a treatment that would be suitable for 2 2-year-old old. I then sent an email asking which treatment would be suitable, the next agent who assisted me via email was Bongani Memani, who wrote and I quote "Kindly see spa menu for all the treatments and packages we offer". Like, I didn't look at the menu, I would not be asking if I knew which treatment is best for the age group I'd like. Both ages are not trained as customer service agents and their service leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
Thulisile (Cain) from Standard Bank Fourways Mall refused for me to enter the bank after she saw me come to the bank earlier to report my account. I was assisted by a consultant who made a call to the ***** department. Of which Vanessa from the the ***** department said my account was cleared. After an hour my account was blocked again. Thulisile (cain) refused to let me enter and fix my account. There is a sum of money that my company deposited into the account that I need me for a work function but I couldn’t withdraw coz my account was blocked. I’m now facing a disciplinary action against me coz Thulisile (cain) from Fourway Mall refused to let me fix the issue.
This has to be the worst customer service ever! Sent all necessary documents two weeks ago and they have the nerve to request the same documents two weeks later. When we call a day after sending the documents the service agent said all documents were received. I'm not sure who's not doing their jobs, it's a system of broken telephone. Their broker Selina Mpoetsi Mokone is the worse, she never replies to emails, doesn't get back to you should you call, she never submits anything sent to her but when she wants to sell you a product you need to stop everything. We are done with Liberty Life!
Excellent service by Onkgopotse at the Nike at Mall of Africa. My daughter is in grade 7 and has her farewell on 06 November 2021. I arrived at the store @ 20h00 at closing and the lovely Onkgopotse agreed to let me buy my daughter a sneaker we were searching all day for. His patience and good heart will take him to greater lengths. Thank you to Onkgopotse from Nike Mall of Africa.
This is a big hooray to the staff at Dischem Mall at Carnival. The cashiers are very helpful and informative. I'm 8 months pregnant and had no clue about the amazing benefits offered at Dischem. The cashier took her time in explaining all the available benefits and how to apply for a baby bag. As I proceeded to the information desk the lovely assistant was super helpful and managed to assist me with my application. I bought a number of items that qualify me for a baby bag and swiftly received my baby bag. The consultant who called was friendly and waited for me to get to the store so she could help me get the bag. The goodies in the bag are a great addition to stuff baby will need after arrival. I'm really impressed by the wonderful service received from the staff at Mall at Carnival. A job well done #WIN

It's always a pleasure to shop at the Dis-Chem at the Mall@Carnival. The shop assistance are ever so friendly and informative. The ladies at the till share wonderful special offers you might have missed. I'm really impressed they all truly deserve 5 big stars.
This deserves a five star rating, I was assisted by Tatum Van Wyk, she was patient and compassionate. She went out of her way to assist me . I really appreciate Tatum Van Wyk's wonderful work.
I was so disturbed today, totally lost for words. At Sheet street Alberton City, I was making my way to the pay point as I got greeted the cashier. She gave me a bad look, didn’t greet back, then signaled with a finger pointing me to the next counter, I voiced out how rude she is, her colleagues asked her to apologize she didn’t even look me in the eye she just said “sorry” and walked away. I asked for her name and it’s Thobile at Sheet street Alberton City. This is not the type of customer service I expect
