I would like to compliment this service provider particularly Nathan Loftie-Eaton service technician help desk. Recently with all the cyber crime prevalent, I decided to upgrade the security on my two laptops. First off because I was renewing my contract and upgrading the price was reasonable. Secondly the service desk did help me install the software (not Nathan another). I noticed however I something was blocking the updates from Microsoft. Naturally I called their help desk in South Africa. Absolutely no help what so ever. All they tried to do was sell me a very expensive maintenance contract, secondly they put me through to someone who's home language was not English and I battled to understand her. I then phoned ESET, thinking it may be a problem on their side. I was very fortunate to get Nathan. He was professional and took ownership of the problem. Even now I am not sure it was an ESET problem. Through Team Viewer he managed fix the problem such that we could and install all the Microsoft updates. In fact Nathan found and installed the updates. As this took some time he monitored the progress and even phoned me back on time. Wonderful and great experience. Thank you Nathan
