When recently moving into new apartment there was no fiber. They organised it all with Vuma who were also great on the day I moved in. I was up and running on the same day.
Great shoes but their on line store is the worst in history. They make use of Sky Couriers. Terrible. There was a mix up of order. I have to admit I did not check the order properly. Got the wrong size. I am away so could not return in the way prescribed. I tried several times to email, was ignored, tried the prescribed WhatsApp, left more than one message and tried their Webpage to get hold of them to try resolve my problem. Have had no response and am very annoyed. If you have a problem they totally ignore you. They have cost me R660. I would give them a minus 5 if I could.
Brands are amazing. They arrive on time. Have pleasant knowledgeable staff, and do a great job. We have used them many times.
I have only had good experiences with Tiger Wheel & Tyre. It dates back about 30 years. Last week yet again I was impressed with the service I received. I went to Broadacres branch. I was in the area, my first time and not my usual branch. DJ, a service consultant assisted me. My vehicle was pulling to one side. DJ said I did not need balancing. When I returned he said my alignment was fine and they solved the problem by swopping the two front tyres. He said there was no charge because "they did not do anything". The problem was solved and yet again I feel I need to give them a shout out. Thanks
Very easy to deal with on line. Every thing happened as stipulated. Very refreshing to get updates of where the process was.
DISGUSTING. A BOLT driver accepted a ride and the app said 3 minutes. I could see he was not moving and after 10 minutes I enquired where he was. He was at "Sasol". I then canceled the trip. This is the disgusting part this revolting company charged me R20 for cancelling, when it clearly was the drivers fault. I believe on principal this charge should be reversed. Has anyone ever tried to contact them. It is a nightmare. You cant complain about service from the HQ cause there isn't any.
I recently had to have my car repaired after someone drove into it. Malcolm Bothma and his team were professional. I thought I was in the right place when I saw a relatively new Bentley in their workshop. Malcolm noticed some minor older blemishes and called me to offer repairs. My motor vehicle came out really well. Very happy to recommend Dent and Scratch.
In this world of needing a good Solar service provider, we have been very impressed with Andrew, Mike and their team. Most vendors don't bother to call back. Suntech returns calls, arrives on time, efficient and clean work. The system has worked from the get go and when we wanted something added it was addressed quickly and again efficiently. A pleasure to write this review.
After an initial misunderstanding, Matteus van der Westhuizen, Product Specialist, contacted me both via email and telephonically. It isn't then things go smoothly that a company shows its true colors it is when there is a hick up when their true colors come to the for. Was very impressed with they way I was dealt with. My car had a slight problem with my bearings. I took it to 7 different service providers. Shaunie and his team identified the problem quickly. Their quote was the most reasonable. They stuck to stated time lines. When they did the job they found that my brakes needed new pads, which was not picked up at a recent service. They also said when they bought the parts it was significantly cheaper than they quoted and past that saving onto me. They were very honest and sorted out my car. Very impressed.
