My power is disconnected and I paid the fine on the 22nd January 2025. The people who disconnected; they said if we paid on the following day it will be connected. When I was at Eskom on 22/01/2025; someone who assisted; she called the technician department to confirm if they have Meter boxes and they said yes. I've doing follow up but still nothing not reconnection .
