Bad advertising, we bought a ticket for doek on fleek gospel picnic for Cape Town 29th November. As time goes we noticed artist that we loved are no longer going to attend the event. Xolly Mcwango, Dumi Mkokostad, Lusanda Bheja, Ziyanda Tshangana, MC Thobela and we request for refund they don't want to refund us. We are disappointed and hurt
My power is disconnected and I paid the fine on the 22nd January 2025. The people who disconnected; they said if we paid on the following day it will be connected. When I was at Eskom on 22/01/2025; someone who assisted; she called the technician department to confirm if they have Meter boxes and they said yes. I've doing follow up but still nothing not reconnection .

I bought an automatic garage door by MPS Automation garage doors. It's in Athlone in Western Cape. Their no 0671522276. They made a measurement on the 19th October 2023. They promised to install it on the 20th if I made a deposit asap. I made a deposit payment via EFT on the same date 19th October 2023. The garage door still not installed. They keep on promising when I chart with them
My claim was rejected by Iwyze; I appeal to Ombudsman. They instructed Iwyze to settle the claim. I struggled with the insurance again after I submitted proof of payment etc because the car was fixed and back to home. I had to request workers life to assist with the matter. My claim is paid. Everytime when I try to claim, they reject it. First time on February my building was hit by storms, when I try to claim.they said the building is under insure. Now I try to claim for borehole they rejected the claim. I'm really disappointed with 1st for women.
My insurance booked a car for me from them. When returned it on date was supposed to be returned. When we returned it was fully of petrol and clean. They check everything and they said everything it's fine. On our way back home, I got a call from them they said there's a mark on the boot, seemingly like someone was trying to break the car. Me and my husband we never saw that. On the following day send me a form to sign, I took off the wording saying I knew about the damaged, really I was not aware about it and they never mention it when we brought the car. On the next day I received a sms saying the damaged cost will be R3600. Remember they hold R1500 out of my car and they never return it. Today they deducted FNB:-) R2654.00 reserved for purchase @ Avis Rent A Car from Private card. Which is I'm not aware of it. Please refund my money. I will report it as a fraud
Im an literally not happy with your feedback. I have been a client with you for 6 years without any claim. And on my first claim you giving me such responses. I never even miss any payment. anyway i am really disappointed with the feedback you are guving on my claim and i am an unhappy client. 1. Please provide a detailed reason why my claim is been unsuccessful, what i read in the attached feedback is generic staff. 2. Have you take any action go and inspect my car to see what you have outlined is not complied? I service my car everytime, i took car of it. With regards the day of accident, Ibhave explaned to you 1. I was driving at a high risk area, obviouly i would stop if i see i am safe to proceeds 2. I was driving a polo, 3. I am a woman 4. The collution happened because the car infront of me was stoped without any indicative and was bit panicked cause was driving at night. With your feedback i dont see any of the abive being Considered. There is no valid reason you provided to me that results to my claim not being successful. I dont see why did i out my trust in you while i saw people feedback on “Hellow Peter” that you guys dont want to pay our claim. Anyway you can just give me back all my premiums firs day cause there was not point of having you as my insurer if you can’t comply with our terms. You just selling false hope. Me and my husband will cancel everything with old mutual. The is no such way if you can pay them millions when I die
