Doek on fleek lifestyle please refund me
Anyone ever bought tickets for doek on fleek lifestyle events via their Whatsapp number and managed to receive their refunds for cancelled events? Been struggling to receive my refund since march,at first they said 48 hours, then started ignoring me, till today they don't respond to my messages, reached out via Facebook and was given an alternate number which they are ignoring till today.

Doek on fleek lifestyle please refund me
Anyone ever bought tickets for doek on fleek lifestyle events via their Whatsapp number and managed to receive their refunds for cancelled events? Bad experience and will never go
I experienced the worst service from this organization. An event that we paid for last year March in PE, kept being postponed to another date and another until finally it was cancelled. Now these people refuses to refund me my money. I will NEVER support this organization.

Bad advertising
Bad advertising, we bought a ticket for doek on fleek gospel picnic for Cape Town 29th November. As time goes we noticed artist that we loved are no longer going to attend the event. Xolly Mcwango, Dumi Mkokostad, Lusanda Bheja, Ziyanda Tshangana, MC Thobela and we request for refund they don't want to refund us. We are disappointed and hurt

Bad advertising

Poorly executed
The absolute worst event in Nelspruit. On the poster they said food will be sold in the venue, and when we got there there wasn’t a single food stall, they didn’t even sell water. The R500 seated tickets was literally one table with chairs only, there was no one to assist or direct us. The line up was just lies, only 4 people came. This event is a 0/10.

I want my refund from doek on fleek lifestyle
Good day I am so disappointed with doek no fleek,i bought the ticket through their watsup number and later on the event was cancelled,so they told me to send my banking details and my bank details which i did last week and they told me that the refund will be processed on Thursday last week,which didnt happen,i try this week again and they told me that the refund will be processed today,another problem is that their not responding on their watsup but their busy posting and selling tickets,i am very much disappointed with them.the event was supposed to happen at walter sisulu botanical gardens
