Anyone ever bought tickets for doek on fleek lifestyle events via their Whatsapp number and managed to receive their refunds for cancelled events? Been struggling to receive my refund since march,at first they said 48 hours, then started ignoring me, till today they don't respond to my messages, reached out via Facebook and was given an alternate number which they are ignoring till today.
I have been dealing with this company since 2023, always requesting them to cancel their policy and refund my money, they do refund but fail to cancel,to date they are still debiting my account after they said they will stop in February last year,at times their phone goes unanswered, capital legacy what will it take for you to stop debiting my account? I am tired of this back and forth with you guys over a policy I know nothing about
Old mutual kindly tell me why your staff thinks it's ok for them to keep on opening new policies on my name? Next thing you will be telling me to go to police stations for affidavits whereas when your system allowed them to be opened without my consent! So far I have 3 policies which I know nothing about.
After my initial review on the 15th of January,I received a call from 1 of capital legacy employees on the 16th, she asked for my banking details so that she can facilitate the refund and cancellation of the policy, today the 3rd of February and I am still waiting,no refund,no cancellation confirmation 👎👎👎👎
Poor service. 2023 I indicated that I was not informed about their services from 1 of their consultant who was working under a different company, requested a refund and cancellation, refund was processed but failed to cancel their policy, realized in 2024 that they were still debiting my account, requested a refund and cancellation again,was refunded in August after back and forth with them from July,, in December 2024 I realized that they were still debiting my account,, requested a refund and cancellation again,UpTo date no1 from their side has responded to me. Capital legacy please refund me and cancel your policy.
Multichoice rewards system is a scam, wheel of happiness to be exact, after I won numerous items on their wheel my account went haywire, either I was billed higher or lower and when I asked on their fb page I was told that I got rewards hence my bill was like that, in June I wasn't billed and I was told that I wasn't upgraded when I won the upgrade, for July I was billed less. 747, I usually pay 1171 for 2 accounts, for the month of July they have billed me more than 3k, and their response was that I was billed incorrectly due to a system error of which they credited me more months and have now reversed them leaving me with a bill of 3k, they dnt want to own up to their mistakes and expect me to pay such an exorbitant amount, why should I pay for their errors, I dnt knw where they expect me to get the 3k from
