Poorly executed
The absolute worst event in Nelspruit. On the poster they said food will be sold in the venue, and when we got there there wasn’t a single food stall, they didn’t even sell water. The R500 seated tickets was literally one table with chairs only, there was no one to assist or direct us. The line up was just lies, only 4 people came. This event is a 0/10.

Terrible service
I ordered on the 15th of June, and today is the 19th my order hasn’t been fulfilled yet. The customer line does not respond and they also don’t respond to calls. This is definitely the worst online store now.

Horrible
I ordered online for the sale, and my order has been cancelled twice with no reasons whatsoever, and when I call customer care, they do not pick the phone. I don’t know why my order was cancelled, because the shoe I ordered is still available online. And they haven’t given me my refund.

Poor
I ordered online, and wanted to return the item in store because the cut of the shoe was tight. However when I got to the store, I was informed that the online team sent me an incorrect invoice, and I was not refunded my money but was given a voucher which I did not even want, but the store members said that’s all they can do, and I just had to take it.

Useless
They do not answer calls or respond on WhatsApp. The Nelspruit branch is the absolute worst, they do not answer calls at all, I don’t know why this business is still running.
