Where’s my beef Essence???

Very disappointed with Essence Cafe, ordered a Thai Beef Salad, it arrived with only the greens, NO BEEF, they forgot to add the beef. When I called to enquire, they stated there was NO way they could assist me. I’m so frustrated!!!! How is this even possible, they didn’t even suggest how they could compensate me.

Don’t think il be ordering there again! Disappointing
