Worst Neurosurgeon!!!!!
Dr Chite, where do I start without tears streaming down my face. Dr Chite performed surgery on my dad in 2019, the surgery made him worse. Since 2019 my dads been in immense pain and Chite was not interested in what’s happened post surgery. A hand full of broken and bent *****s were taken out of his back 2022 (by another surgeon) after Chite was “too busy”. The surgeon that took out these *****s was appauled on how poorly the original surgery was performed. My dad was better off having not done this surgery. It killed him alive. He can barely walk. When we contacted Chite to seek advice as my dad was still in so much pain he didn’t have the time of day for us. He said “well there nothing I can do now”. I wish we could have done more research on Chite prior consulting with him. After having read all these negative reviews I really wonder why this Dr still has his practising license, he’s done more damage than good! DO NOT CONSULT THIS DOCTOR!!!!!!!! SPECIALIST PLEASE STOP REFERRING YOUR PATIENTS TO THIS DOCTOR!

McDonald’s- Drive thru or Wait thru???
Mc Donald’s (Hilton), it’s like buying food from an informal trader. You are told to “wait for your food they will bring you when it’s ready”. Why then offer the service of a drive thru???? It’s ridiculous, the waiting period is 15-25 minutes. Iv waited on all three occasions Iv been here. NEVER AGAIN!! Please remove the Drive thru if it cannot meet demand. There’s no one inside the restaurant, why are we waiting???Unfriendly, unprofessional service. Please train your staff, this is not McDees standard of service. Please look into this issue, it’s driving away customers!

Attempted kidnapping at Liberty Mall
Really not safe going to this mall anymore, attempted kidnapping right in front of people. Dear Liberty Mall Management please take accountability of the incident which took place in your premises! You’ve created such an unsafe environment. Your security is APPAULING!!! I will not be visiting this mall anymore

Excellent service from Pumula Beach Hotel
Our stay was just close to perfect! Excellent hospitality , great food, scenic veiws, clean & spacious rooms. I’m very happy and will visit the hotel in the near future. Thank you to Nothando Shebi and her team for the excellent service!!

Very poor service or non at all at Maychem Pharmacy
Very unprofessional staff. Operating like a tuck shop. Arrived15 minutes before closing time, the lady told me she closed as it wasn’t busy, she stated she would not open as the alarm would go on and she’s have to explain why she’s opening again. Very disappointed by this pharmacy brand. Sick needing medication but cannot be assisted as “it’s quiet I closed early”

Absolutely outstanding service from Jackie Cameron’s Students/staff. Attended an event last weekend. The food was Five star, staff was so well trained, ambiance created by the staff was one of a kind!!! Well done team! Thank you for taking such good care of us

Where’s my beef Essence???
Very disappointed with Essence Cafe, ordered a Thai Beef Salad, it arrived with only the greens, NO BEEF, they forgot to add the beef. When I called to enquire, they stated there was NO way they could assist me. I’m so frustrated!!!! How is this even possible, they didn’t even suggest how they could compensate me. Don’t think il be ordering there again! Disappointing

Apauling service received at Garden Court Ulundi
Very very poor hospitality at Ulundi Garden Court. Apaulling service, unfriendly staff. Carpet in the rooms as well as the bathroom smells. We were requested not to swim or sit near the pool area after supper. My goodness, we were treated like trespassers. Rooms were not cleaned properly! So disappointed by this “3 star hotel”.

Very poor service at MTN Cascades
Very Poor service at the MTN Cascades (Pietermaritzburg). I took a contract for a router in April 2021, a few weeks later it stopped working, I returned the router to the MTN branch. They notified me that they’d book it in, this process would take 4 weeks to resolve. Although this was hard to swallow I accepted it. It’s been 8 weeks, iv been paying for this service. Every time I call or go to MTN they say someone will call me back. With very little care for customer concerns. MTN, is this ethically just? Should I be paying for this service? Why am I not getting assistance? So disappointing, iv still not received assistance till today!!!!
