This medical aid has very bad service , i waited from 08:23 to 08:36 for an agent to respond to my whats app then i requested to do benefits at 08:37 and got the benefit done by the agent Themba at 08:56 , he just rep**** with an auth number not advising if this benefit is approved or not . This is after calling the medical aid and no answer ,During this time the patient was waiting to be seen by the Doctor , This is terrible terrible service , i would not recommend this medical aid or Themba to assist anyone .
