Unacceptable Appalling Service - Essential Kuilsriver

Totally appalling service when booked off sick at home, despite my doctor having emailed my script through directly from his surgery yesterday and me asking for it to be delivered yet almost 24 hours later I’ve had to constantly follow up then to my shock despite advising them I can only take the antibiotic that my medical aid accepted they still deliver everything with a copayment of R548 despite me advising I don’t have money now and will collect the rest month end now I sit without my antibiotic and cannot go elsewhere as they have processed using my last funds shocking to say the least not even an apology or a call nothing
