ESSENTIAL MED DO MOT USE THIS SERVICE.I took out a Hospital plan crom Essential med now i need to go to emergency for an ultrasound now the refuse to pay for the ultrasound, this is bull****.. quick to phone for business and promise you the moom and stars
totally disappointed in Essential med and would not recommend any one taking this product

I took out a Hospital plan from Essential med now i need to go to emergency for an ultrasound now the refuse to pay for the ultrasound, this is bull****.. quick to phone for business and promise you the moon and stars but when it comes to actual service they have alot of stories. i am in so much pain and need medical attention still they refuse to pay for a ultrasound and tests i am canceling this plan i would not recommend any one taking out essential med plans..

Please note that in-hospital diagnostic procedures are unfortunately not covered under EssentialMED benefits. According to our records, you are also currently still within your waiting period for hospital admissions, during which time hospital benefits are not yet available.
In addition, the casualty benefit applies only to life-threatening emergencies, and pre-authorisation is required for these visits.
