I told the advisor to not add the dependants until I tell him to do so but he he captured them and I've been calling Sanlam and sent emails they are not will to help me and the policy is not even active yet so i feel like they are waiting for Friday so they can deduct my money. I'm now frustrated because I'm not getting any help and I'm wondering whats gonna happen when i have issues with this medical. I just want to cancel it now but I'm not being helped.
